Rasmus Ingerslev is an experienced fitness industry entrepreneur with an international footprint. He has multiple successful start-ups and exits behind him, including two of Denmark’s largest health club groups (fitness dk and Fresh Fitness). He has been pointed out as one of the top CEOs in Denmark and is a recipient of the IHRSA European Club Leadership Award.

On a board level, Rasmus serves as Chairman of IHRSA as well as REPEAT and Executive Vice Chairman of Wexer. Rasmus also contributes actively to the industry as a writer and speaker and he is a co-founder of the Danish Fitness & Health Organization (DFHO).

During this interview he talks about his appointment as the Chairman of IHRSA,  the future of the fitness industry and about his new club, REPEAT, and how specific they have have gotten in their club design and targeting of millenials.

Oliver Schulokat has been at the helm of CYBEROBICS® since it launched in 2016. CYBEROBICS® is the latest brand under McFIT Group – the leading European fitness company with 1.5 million members and approximately 250 studios in five countries. An avid sportsman and qualified sports scientist, Schulokat previously worked from 2006-2015 at the women-only fitness chain Mrs.Sporty, where he was the Managing Director from 2011.

Maximilian Schmierer, Board Director for MXO Media AG

Max founded MXO Media in 2014, with the plan to enter the virtual reality market while it was still in its infancy and use this as a new medium for telling stories. MXO Media quickly acquired Audi, Volkswagen, Star Trek / CBS, Snoop Dogg and various other international customers for different VR projects. Today Max works on VR & AR projects in sports, architecture, fitness and automotive.
